A wonderful big, rich, hoppy double IPA. Made with seven hops that start with "C": Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Challanger, Citra and Crystal!

Had at Josh Goode’s bachelor party. Decent amount of bitterness, pine, a bit sweet. Late in the night so don’t have the best notes.

Was not a big fan of this one, it was overly resinous and unbalanced. Tasted sticky, not at all refreshing, and the pine was overly prominent.

22 ounce bomber for $7.49 at North Park in Westminster. "Seven Seas" title is gone, but rest of label looks the same. The ingredients and alcohol level match, so I will assume this is the same beer. I popped the cap with the bottle at about 50 degrees. It poured a translucent honey hue with a dense white head which was slow to dissipate. The nose was enticing. Taste revealed one of the best balanced IPAs I have tried. Chewy on the palate and with a lingering bitter finish. The 9 percent alcohol is well hidden. This beer is excellent!

Pours a hazy straw with little head. Great aroma: earthy, dank, citrus qualities combine to form a beautiful tropical fruit aroma. Perfectly balanced and you would never guess that this is a 9% beer. Dry, crisp finish with no lingering bitter or cloyingly sweet notes that often accompany double IPAs. This one’s a keeper.

Concealer (1279) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 23, 2013
UPDATED: APR 17, 2015 Re-rate. Clear gold with a thick, foamy, off-white head that lasts and laces. Aromas of apricot, orange, pine, biscuit, and light floral notes. Flavor is apricot, pine resin, spice, light biscuit and floral, herbal, earthy notes. Medium bodied, smooth with a dry, bitter end.

Bottle thanks to Perrin515. Pours cloudy golden orange with white head. Nose is grapefruit rind, tropical fruit, orange rind, citrus rind and caramel malt. Taste is same with lots of sweet citrus. Good caramel malt backbone. Medium body. Nice beer.

Smell is deep and full with signs of citrus. Taste is extremely well rounded while still full of hops. Superb! Hops of all colors. They say big malt balanced and i would agree. With how well it is balanced i would say they could have made the hops more piercing but only a smidgen and this is my only hesitation for saying this is a perfect beer. I look for strong hops but well rounded in an ipa and this is spot on! Bravo ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle generously given by beertographer from BA .. sorry ravens destroyed your broncos :) 22oz poured into a tulip glass on super bowl Sunday, Orange haze. Smell of bitter hops and tropical fruit. Taste was very well balanced with a slightly sweetness from a mix of peaches, apricot and mango. Sticky hops that leaves your palate wanting more

On tap at the brewery. Surprisingly weak aroma. Great clear color, choppy all the way through, very good
