COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

0,33 l bottle. Pours hazy light straw with a couple fingers of thick lasting head. Aroma of banana, yeast, wheat, light clove, orange and banana. Flavor is orange and coriander, a bit of clove and yeast. Taste is light sweet, very light bitter and very slightly sour. Body is light, texture thin, carbonation quite lively. Finish is medium, quite sweet, coriander. Light acidity makes it very refreshing and drinkable.

Straw yellow, hazy, amazing, firm foam. Fresh, sourish, fruity aroma with some coriander. Dry, refreshing, easy drinkable, medium-full. No bitterness. Wheaty + some coriander, very tasty. Very good for the style.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy pale yellow pour, one finger soapy slightly off-white head. Medium retention, medium lacing. Herbal nose with strong lemon and lime presence.

Light body, high carbonation. Very prickly on the tongue. Watery texture and mouthfeel. Sourish taste, lots of fruity notes of lime and lemon. Yeast. Herbal background, usual coriander notes. Somewhat dusty. Wheat and grass, very mild bitterness towards the finish. Feels a bit empty, some dull cardboard presence in the aftertaste. Tart. Medium dry.

Overall, good example of the style but nothing to really get excited about. Textbook witbier.

Świetne, klasyczne piwo pszeniczne. Bardzo wyraźne aromaty kolendry i gorzkiej pomarańczy. Zupełnie nieprzejrzyste, bardzo jasne, w ogromną czapą piany. W smaku bardzo orzeźwiające, z dominującą kolendrą i niemal równie mocno wyczuwalną gorzką pomarańczą. Bardzo przyjemny, żywy posmak. Klasyczny witbier, tak właśnie powinien smakować.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2017 Aromatica senza eccedere. Rispecchia in pieno lo stile blanche belga. Di facile bevuta ma non necessariamente beverina. Dolce con solo un accenno di amaro in fondo. Corposità media, schiuma compatta, molto profumata.

Daboch (190) - Gdansk, POLAND - NOV 25, 2017
Piwo koloru jasnosłomkowego z obfitą białą pianą. Aromat przyjemny lekkoowocowy, w smaku podobnie dodatkowo lekkokwaskowate, trochę nut korzennych

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso e in bocca malto scorza di arancio candita chiodi di garofano spezie, carbonatazione forte, di medio corpo, lieve acidula, amaro quasi assente. Molto piacevole da bere. Una blanche di riferimento, Un must 17.11.17
