Goudkleurig, aardige kraag. Geur van mout, wat fruit. Smaakt wat zoet, gistig, droge afdronk. Niks bijzonders.

Hazy blond, small white head. Spicy nose, yeast, malt. Full body with more malty-fruity notes, lots of sugary sweetness. Warm and boozy finish. Boozy aftertaste. Lively carbonation, full body, oily palate.

330ml bottle, 9.7% abv, picked up at Vinmonopolet Hamar. Straw- yellow coloured body, rocky white head reduced to a lasting layer. Spotty lacing. Sweet fruity smell with notes of alcohol. Flavoured with sugar, bittersweet lemon, alcohol and lighter notes of spices. Yeasty fruits to the finish. Medium bodied. Ok, a little unvaried sweet, perhaps (shared with friends Ottestad, 16.02.2013).

Cloudy light amber color with creamy head. Aroma of classic Belgian Tripel, with spicy yeast, mild. Highly carbonated; the yeast provides a mild spicy and fruity character; the malt flavor is moderately sweet; the bitterness level quite low, and unfortunately the alcohol perception too high; hints of vegetables, and light metallic feeling in the end.

330ml bottle (Stockmann, Tallinn)
Hazy straw, persistent light head. Perfumey aroma, classic belgian. Anna thinks it’s a bit soapy. Apple retronasals, a hint of alcohol. Pretty sweet. Light graininess, milky, a hint of butyric acid maybe. A little sickly version of a tripel. A bit messy. too sweet. Pressed apple juice in the finish. Unconvinced. There are way better tripels out there. I normally really like these guys, a bit of a shame.
