Dark reddish brown, clear, living beer with a fine and generous white head. Typical, rich, estery smell (fermentation), scent of coriander, balanced. Special malts, full mouthed, balanced, slightly bitter aftertaste.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2007 Bottled. Licorice wood, grapes and very sweet dark dried fruits aroma. Brown color, beige head, good lace. Very sweet, very intense, chocolate malts, tea leaves, dried dark fruits, licorice, very complex. Sticky mouthfeel.
