COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark reddish brown, clear, living beer with a fine and generous white head. Typical, rich, estery smell (fermentation), scent of coriander, balanced. Special malts, full mouthed, balanced, slightly bitter aftertaste.

In short: average dubbel.
Pours dark copper with frothy off whie head. Moderate to long head retention, good lacing. Roasty, liquorice, caramel, toffee nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, liquorice, roasty. Balanced and enjoyable.

Bottle sample. Hazy brown with big beige head. The aroma has notes of carob, dried fruits and some graininess. Sweet flavor, a bit alcoholic, notes of dried fruits, spicy and a bit salty, notes of carob and raisin, somewhat dusty. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied.

Clear red to red brown beer, aery fizzy light beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, very sweet, lots of caramel. MF: ltos of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, sugary, little bitter, spicy, aniseed (not as much as the Cuvée Du Bocq though). Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, spicy, aniseed, caramel, alcohol, metallic.

Bottle, 33cL. @Naintré. With dad. A dark brown sparkling beer with a big off-white head ; good retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, roast, biscuit, red berries and blackberry. Medium sweet, light dry bitter ; light warming. Medium body, medium silky texture, good carbonation, sweet roasty fruity finish. Overall, a delicious fruity roasty silky beer ; highly drinkable.

Bottle, 8.1%. The aroma is faintly sugary with a hint of iron. Clear dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is sweet and herbal with a hint of iron as well. On the sweet side, but fairly balanced by the alcohol. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy darkish amber wi small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of caramel and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, fruit and yeast, with bitter, hoppy notes. Bittersweetish aftertaste. Decent, if not luxury.
