Delikatne, o pieknej trwalej i blyskawicznie rosnacej pianie, mocno wystajacej ponad brzegi kieliszka St Feuilliena. Jasne niemal zlociste, metniste pod koniec. Ciemno piaskowa barwa. W smaku chmielnosc, lekka kwaskowosc cytrusowa, biala kapusta tak, tak mi sie to kojarzylo. W miare OK ale liczylem na wiekszy szal. JoeinDahlem (1597) - Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 2, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 2, 2017 Appropriately rustic, yeasty and tangy with floral hop character,, bitter and with a reassuring lack of polish. Yeast is a bit heavy and could be a touch drier but I'm picking nits there. The_Osprey (8717) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2017
Cotteridge Convention III – May 2017 - Bottle share at Cotters. Thanks! As ’Du Brabant Origame 6 Saison Du Brabant (Baisy-Thy)’. Hazy orange, vibrant, foamy white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is sherbet, Starburst sweets, elderflower, brett. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is dry and pretty chalky, bretty, white sugar, flint. Bit of a disconnect between the fruity aroma and more dry, minerally taste. I like it but I’m sure there’ll be people who won’t like the flinty taste. [ As Du Brabant Origame 6 Saison Du Brabant (Baisy-Thy) ].
Clear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, citrus, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, herbs, fruity, saison yeast, fruity yeast, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Another beer I tried at the 3rd Cotteridge Tasting on 20th May 2017. Misty yellow body, off-white head. Citrus notes fill the nose, followed by a yeasty, farmyard aroma. Taste is also lemon forward with other sweeter citrus flavours arriving with the yeasty farmyard bits mentioned in the aromas.

Bottle at Cotteridge Convention 2017. it pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is quite fresh, soft, sweet, pine, lemon sherbet, orange, kumquat, apple and melon. The taste is dry, grassy bitterness, straw, barnyard, Granny Smith apple, pear, melon, spice and some herbal undertones. Finish is pretty dry. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting but I don’t care for the sweet pear and melon notes. SarkyNorthener (4783) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 29, 2017
Bottle shared @CWC III, not sure who provided this one. Hazy golden beer with medium head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and some sulphur. Taste is malts, yeast, citrus, sulphur and some chalk. Good. RichTheVillan (8160) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 24, 2017
Bottle at CWC III; hazy yellow pour with a beige head, aroma is slightly medicinal with some citrus, taste is quite funky with underlying citrus action.
