Grand tasting at Craft Islington with Hackobock. Thanks to Mate-ee-oo. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, mildly sweet. Dry floral candy fruits. Touch of dry sherbet. Finishes dry, perfumey floral and bitter. A tad dry but interesting.

November 2015 - Bottle share at CBC Islington. Thanks Matteo! As ’Du Brabant Saison des Prairies’. Vibrant orange, hazy and opaque, foamy white head leaves thick lacing. Aroma is mint and sherbet, Shake n Vac. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is very soapy, spicy and dry, floral. Aroma is nice but it tastes a bit soapy for me. (3.3)

Spot in looks for the style. Funky for sure, also farmy, esters, peach, lemon, light cake. Foamy bubbly very nice palate, very Belgian. Makes it less drinkable but I don’t mind. Taste is a touch more normal, simpler, but nice brew, fairly bitter actually. Good stuff, my kind if beer. (75cl bottle from Être Gourmet)
