on tap at ninkasi honoré-mercier, qc. hazy/cloudy pale yellow with a creamy white cap offering good retention and lacing. natural yet filtered apple juice, strawberries, some tropical notes - faint litchis; other tart orchard fruits, light acidity - not linear but mostly lactic acid; lots of flowers and herbs - lightly astringent and fragrant herbal substances; salt. moderate carbonation, light body - slightly watery; dry and gently tart flowery-herbal finish. litchis are pretty much m.i.a. - yet tropical notes are present. it is non unquestionably a pretty nice fruit tart ale.

A hazed golden ale with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light berries, light tropical fruits, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits, lychee, light buttery notes, grapeskin, interesting. On tap at Brouhaha Ahuntsic.
