Bullit (4642) - Burgos, SPAIN - AUG 20, 2016
Bottle from local drinks shop. Clear yellow coloured. Nose is sweet apple, apple juice, some sugar. Flavour is sweet apple, light sulpher, apple juice, slighly dry, but not as dry as expected or would have wanted. Medium high carbonation. Nice apple flavour, but not very ’cidery’.

caesar (7165) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 15, 2015
Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, large sample. Clear golden color, large rocky head quickly bubbling away to a short frothy head. Aroma of mashed apples, some cooked veggies, bit wort like almost, apple syrup, bit molasses, sugar. Quite sweet in taste, although it mentions being cidre brut instead of cidre doux, apply, mashed apples (appelmoes). Didnt really like this one.

MartR (356) - Aespa, ESTONIA - MAY 16, 2015
Beautiful clear golden color. Millions of tiny small bubbles. Flavor of specific apples used and no false components. Nice and dry, alcohol of 5% refers to natural apple sugar. Excellent Cider from Normandy.

750ml bottle. Clear amber color. Small size, bubbly head, stays. Juicy apples dominate in aroma. Juicy, apples, metallic taste. Thin. Metallic apples in aftertaste. Bit watery.

750ml bottle - thanks Marduk
Simple apple aroma, dried apple slices. Ditto taste, drying, but crisp. Simple cidre. Preferred the 2%, but this would be good with salmon or chicken.

suurjuust (3603) - ESTONIA - MAR 20, 2015
Golden, small off-white head. Apple and apple peel in the nose. Slight tartness and apple peel. Dry notes in the finish. Drinkable.
