Light amber with a fast-settling head, light butterscotch and lemon on the nose, body is bitter-dry with faint malt, and a bit one-dimensional. ManVsBeer (10260) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 21, 2017
Bottle from Waitrose, Manchester Piccadilly Station. Clear pale ale with a small head. Full-bodied in its style with a light dryness and bittering hops that produce a light to medium bitterness. sound67 (731) - Offenbach, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2016
Bottled, 500ml *** Colour: Deep clear amber; big, creamy off-white head. ***
Nose: Biscuit caramel, orange peel. Floral hops. ***
Mouthfeel: Medium body, hardly watery. Soft carbonation. ***
Taste: Musty orange, biscuity malts, dry floral hops ast the start. Maltier still in the middle, mixed with generic hop bitterness. More explicitly bitter and dry in the finish, medium-long malty aftertaste with a mild lemon note. ***
Impressions: This certainly isn’t an IPA,. but a premium bitter. As such, it’s not bad, especially the strong finish impresses. A little lacking in body and depth though. Decent ESB, rather generic. OllieBBommel (1531) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 20, 2016

Appearance: clear orange with off-white head.
Aroma: vague hops, malt.
Taste: hops, light bitter.
Palate: refreshing, light body, moderate carbonation.
A beer that doesn’t seem to know what it is! A malty aroma, and the sweet caramel malt taste of an ESB, but doesn’t have the complexity of a good one. The finish is lightly hopped, with a slight bubblegum twang at the end .

500ml brown bottle, filtered, from Waitrose. A reasonably pleasant and slightly demerera sweet premium bitter. The hops are quite subdued, mainly coming through late in the finish as a mild nettle flavour and tingle. It is mainly the malt that is noticed. Feels lower than 5.2%. I wouldn’t kick it out of bed. 500ml Flasche. Klar und dunkelgolden. Minimale Schaumkrone. Leicht muffig. Wenig aromatisch. Leichter Körper. Dezente Bitternoten. nihtila (3601) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 25, 2015
As Waitrose Organic India Pale Ale. Pours clear orange. Nose is malts, citrus, sweetish biscuit fruits, a bit cheap smell. And so is taste. Sweetish grainy malts, only subtle hops, not pleasant dusty, grassy, light fruits. Cimbasso (889) - - OCT 27, 2015
Orange colour with gentle carbonation. Aroma of English hops and a taste of bitter oranges and new-mown hay. Distinctive fruity hop taste. A very nice English IPA. Holmen1 (5839) - Stavanger, NORWAY - OCT 27, 2015
Flaskenfra Waitrose, Finchley, delt med Steven: klar dypmgylden med fint skum. Typisk engelsk aroma og smak preget av bitter (engelsk) appelsinmarmelade og litt gress. Balansert og lettdrikkelig.
