500ml bottle. Pours a hazy mid-amber - to call it "ruby" is stretching it - with a large, pillowy off-white head. This does fade disappointingly quickly, but it leaves good lacing. The aroma has an intriguing sweet-savoury balance, with notes of sourdough, whipped cream and a hint of tea. The initial taste has some sweet citrus hops in there, as well as a slight hint of fruitcake. This moves into a fuller, fruitier mid-section, with burnt caramel malt and some whipped cream. The finish has an excellent hoppy bite to it, mixing pine and lemon flavour notes. This is another fine effort from His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, a delightful bitter which would be excellent at any time of the year, with or without a meal. Without the merest hint of doubt the best organic beer I’ve tasted, and one of my favourite beers full stop. Grzesiek79 (4297) - Radom, POLAND - JUL 4, 2013
Dobre organiczne piwo z Anglii. Ladna elegandzka i powsciagliwa etykieta robia wrazenia. Skladniki ekologiczne sa bardzo swieze i pachnace. W smaku piwo jest goryczkowe, taki lepszy bitter, o jasno miedzianym kolorze. Bartas (37) - LITHUANIA - JUL 17, 2013
Great British ale. Nice look and fine aroma. Take it. It’s worth your glas. robinvboyer (4666) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 25, 2010
Great lookinh beer. Deep amber with a healthy head. Great bready aroma, nice pale, cara malts. The hops are evident and tasty. The goldings lunge in the semi dry finish. Its nothung ground breaking, but its very well made and very tasty! Digital_Aura (228) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 13, 2012
500ml bottle. Don't be frightened by the word, ORGANIC! This beer is GREAT! Pours a large, pillowy head - clear tawny brew (Lovibond 13/14). Distinctive scent of gum balls although it's very light. Head and lace persist through the duration of my drink. Tastes amazingly unique. Some of that gum ball sweetness, with a hoppy note for balance. Some mild hints of smoky, nutty flavours which make for an interesting beer. Totally in my favorites!
Some long mildly bitter aftertaste though to trump a perfect review, and the carbonation is moderate to low.

Beautiful clear reddish amber color (ruby!) with foamy white head. Taste is mild malt with a light touch of hops. Finishes with a slightly strange taste, but overall this is a very fine ale. bortology (35) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 4, 2010
Apperance: Amber, clear, head fades quickly.
Taste: Clean taste, nice mix of hops and malt.
Overall: A nice clean taste that I typicaly find with ’organic’ beers. Time and energy was put in to give this beer and easy drinking yet complex taste.

Bottle. Blond with a small head.Low carbonation with a very unusual slightly burnt flavour. Interesting and different. JesseM (1158) - Margaritaville, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2010
500mL bottle, mysteriously showed up at the LCBO. Pours a good rubyish amber with a small khaki head. Aroma has some faint British hops and toffee barley malt. Decent. Flavour has some nice biscuity British malt flavour topped with a decent hop presence and flavour. Dry bitter finish. Light, prickly palate. Nice pineapple aspect as well. Really not too complicated but a good session bitter. I really like the malt body to this one. RichardGretton (4770) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2011
Bottle. Bronzey brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is toffee and bitter, and the flavour is strongly bitter, roasted and toffee. Overall a nice strongly flavoured bitter and roasted beer.
