Very delicious brew from my hometown Hamburg. A perfect thirst quencher and a real beer.

tgrtnr (186) - Augsburg, GERMANY - MAY 28, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2017 500 ml bottle. Brown reddish, small head. Malt, a bit coffee but overall one-sided aroma. Malty and bitter, not very balanced. Watery texture. Low carbonation, medium body. Bottle looks promising but in the end it is still a mass produced beer with a way too malty and unbalanced taste.

Koper beperkt witte kraag.

Leicht rauchiger Geschmack.

0,5 l draught @ Original Mommsen Eck, Berlin. Appearance is amber, clear and with a big nice head. Taste is malty and bittter... and there is something else. Like a very good real ale bitter or historical English Pale Ale it has some kind of strange extra taste. This was especially good with a duck meal.

Keg at Zwack, Kiel. Pours amber with an off white head. Tastes artificial, belch beer. Some spice, hard work.

jann3 (385) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 13, 2016
Clear amber with a smallish off white head. Aroma is sweetish and malty with caramel and a hint of coffee. Taste is sweetish too with caramel, honey and a hint of bitterish floral notes. Not bad. (0,5l bottle, bb27.10.17)

En rigtig god tysk øl. Karamel og en hel fi humle i den. Synes når man køber den til tyske priser så er det et scoop

Sven1973 (477) - GERMANY - SEP 7, 2016
Gezapft. Braun-rot, klar, etwas brauner Schaum. Aroma Karamell, Malz. Geschmack: Süßlich, Karamell, würzig, leider wässrig
