Draft at Fell’s Point and then Bel Air in the same day. Don’t ask. :) Poured Amber in color with small off white head. Taste is well balanced with Raison tones. Hints a caramel as well. It hides the alcohol remarkably well. Adam77 (457) - Eastampton, New Jersey, USA - JUN 11, 2009
Poured brown with a tan head. Aroma of vanilla and citrus. Started off citrusy with some vanilla and caramel flavor. So f’in good. Growler went between 2 other people. Killed at the store within a hour. neepsntatties (2003) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 4, 2010
Got to try a bottle of this thanks to "hannont". Colour... clear amber with no head. Nose... sweetly caramel-like. Palate... dry and sweet, stone fruity, tropical dried fruits esp. mango and kiwi with plenty of toffee and spice to back it up and a very looooong finish! c1raider (135) - New York, USA - FEB 6, 2015
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2015 Thoroughly enjoyed this beer, though it reminded me more of a sweet IPA than a barelywine ale. Floral, citrus, hops, carbonation, nice dry finish. Would buy again. rondphoto (4468) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JAN 14, 2016
on tap @ Hebron Brew House / Hebron KY --- Slightly hazy dark amber color, beige head, full curtain of lace. Taste is bracing semi-sweet malt that becomes less sweet as it moves through a burst of carbonation, followed by earthy burlap and pear in a finish that offers only the possibility of hops. Bold, big, light in the belly, a really appealing brew. Highly recommended.

It’s just an very very awsome Barley Wine. Just teaste it. I love it on draft. Leighton (21491) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle at the RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting, London. Pours clear ruby with a filmy, white head. Old hops in the aroma, with notes of caramel and straight sugar. Very sweet flavor rife with toffee, fruits, malt, caramel. Awesomeish. Full bodied with average carbonation. Mildly warming finish with moderate bitterness, sweet brown sugar and caramel. Very, very good beer. ndfreak77 (126) - USA - JAN 25, 2014
My very first Barley Wine, so I do not have a comparison. Nice floral and grassy aroma. Pours medium orange and hazy with a slight head. Initial taste of sweet fruitiness gives way to a slightly bitter finish. Overall a very tasty beer that I would definitely purchase by the case or even keg. At 10.6% abv it packs a little kicks. duganc (32) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Served fridge cold in a pint glass. Raisiny and plum fruit. Great body with big hop balance. Alcohol did not come through. I really like this BW. good thing cool weather is settling in. Gtelli (1) - - APR 5, 2016 does not count
Devils milk high octane! Pours smooth and orange with a white head! Easy to drink and no bitter after tastes.
