Thanks to Dave for this one. A rich sweet porter, very tasty! Peanut butter, coffee, malted milk. The IBUs are just right for this type of porter. No rough edges or weak spots in in this one ??

I am not a fan of Porters and this is definitely a porter. I can taste the chocolate and peanut butter and it doesn’t work for me.

3/25/17. On tap at The Craft Bar, Destin. Black pour with a nice tan head. Light toasty aroma, some fruitiness, barely a whiff of peanut butter. Roasty flavor, malty, some coffee and chocolates, barely a hint of peanut. Not bad.

Odd duck. Good, but in an odd way. I do kind of, sort of pick up the peanut butter, but it’s not super obvious. Tasty beer though overall.

12oz bottle. Barely translucent black, thin off-white head. When I opened the bottle, it was like I’d just opened a jar of Skippy - got hit in the face with peanut butter aroma. The flavor is a bit more balanced with hints of chocolate and roasty malts. Tasty.

Another one from Nimbleprop I’ve had for a while. Bottled 11/18/16. Coffee/peanut butter aroma. Porters are not my thing. I recall Sweet Baby Jesus to be like drinking a peanut butter cup. This one is not as sweet and less peanut butter flavor than SBJ. Smooth and drinkable for a 9%

Big chocolate smells. Pours a dark black with a thick brown head. Big chocolate bar tastes, nut, malt and roasted malt all of which are surprisingly well balanced by a hop sour masking the alcohol. Great lacing and a short finish. Mild carbonation. A dessert beer.
