Draft on SixTen guest tap. Deep amber color without any jead. Aroma is interesting... Caramel corn, cotton candy and vanilla beans. Well... I wasn’t expecting that in the flavor, the creamy smoothness from the body gives a velvel feel over the tongue with the above mentioned vanilla, cotton candy and vanilla beans. Also has a caramel sweetness that lingers after the sip. It get rather cloying after 4 oz. But it is really interesting to try but be prepared for a ton of sweetness. Trübes leuchtend oranges Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Vanille, Karamell und Hopfen. Geschmack nach viel Vanille, cremig, gering bitter hopfig.
Amber color with a short white head. Sweet nose with a strong artificial vanilla tone. This is a sweet beer with lots of caramel and melted toffee, ice cream and lots of vanilla. There are better vanilla additions out there. This borders on the artificial vanilla added that I really find jarring in some beers. This is really rich, but not my cup o’ tea.

Can and served in No-Nik pint glass: Amber hue with a small but lasting head, okay lace. A good amount of crystal malt as expected but I do wish it displayed a bit more vanilla. A touch of twangy fruit and leathery earthiness. A fair brew. RobertDale (6851) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - MAR 3, 2015
