hazy straw to pale gold with big rocky white head. very effervescent. medium body with high carbonation.

aroma: prominent lactic-like acid sourness, grainy hay doughy malt, no notable hops.

taste: predominant sour character like passionfruit with a hint of sauerkraut, fruity, grainy malt, no hops, maybe a bit of acetaldehyde, no diacetyl.

closer to a passionfruit gose than a helles lager or czech pilsner.

hopscotch (11496) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JAN 7, 2016
Draft... Pours clear and yellow with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is citrusy and grainy with a buttery hint of diacetyl. Medium-bodied and creamy with tickling carbonation. The flavor is bittersweet, featuring peppery hops and mashy grains with a note of tupelo honey, and a lingering trace of sweet-cream butter. The small quantity of diacetyl doesn’t bother me.

jtclockwork (17771) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 15, 2015
Draft at source - pours yellow white head - nose/taste of cooked veggies, boiled cabbage, corn - medium body
