Nice beer. Not hoppy, not bitter, but fine balanced crowd pleaser. Had low expectations... Surprised how solid a beer this theme park offering met the Duff monicker with class. Homer would be proud.
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2017 Tap at Moe's Springfield, Universal Orlando. Clear medium copper with grayish head. Bread and yeast. Sweet with red and regular malt. Makes me feel like Barney. Salian (128) - Sale, Cheshire, ENGLAND - AUG 14, 2017
Insanely expensive lager, cakey flavour, bread and biscuit malt and a highly carbonated finish that helps maintain a thin but stable head. Ok, but just an average lager. nathanvc (712) - Brugge, BELGIUM - JUL 23, 2017
Draft in ’Springfield’, at Universal Studios, Los Angeles (at a ridiculously expensive 12 dollars). Pours light amber with a big, lasting, foamy, white head. The aroma contains malt, caramel, bread, some citrus and hops. It tastes medium sweet and light bitter with a short, hoppy finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft fizzy carbonation. Mediocre aroma but tasty and quenching. JDBaker11058 (2351) - Maryland, USA - JUN 28, 2017
appearance: clear medium amber gold, creamy off-white head. aroma: toast, grass, some nuts. taste: slightly sweet caramel, toast, grass . finish: clean, crisp, hint of cardboard. notes: Decent enough amber lager. Not as good as their Harry Potter Dragon Scale, but solid. Draft at Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida.

Draft pour pint at Universal. From notes scribbled on a Simpsons napkin. This was just a fun thing to try out while here. I’ve loved the Simpsons my whole life. It’s older than I am. Copper clear color pour with a loose foam head. I would have prefered to have this in a frosty mug in a tavern, but I’ll take the plastic cup walking around in the heat. Because of the heat, and being parched, I’m pretty sure I drank this as fast as they do on the show. I don’t know. Fun to try. It’s cool to pretend sometimes. sonnycheeba (6342) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 11, 2016
Tap at universal studios. Pours clear amber. Aroma is pale and caramel malts, light toast, light floral notes, and faint nuttiness. Flavor is malt forward with a toasted/grainy character throughout, light yeast esters, and faint floral hop notes. Light/medium body.
