En ”American Pale Ale” med frisk beska som vi kryddat med Chinook, Centennial och Simcoe humle för att få en god grapefruktton. En frisk ale som sätter guldkant på de flesta tillfällen.

Maakun (6952) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 6, 2018
Bottle at Vegan Bar Malmö. Clear golden with creamy white head. Apple, light apricot, dry malts, grassy, light mineral, soft earthy hops too. Light sweet, medium bitter and very light tartness. Under medium bodied with dry feel and quite some fizzy carbonation. It’s quite sessionable but a bit watery and dry for a pale ale to me.

Nice american pale ale with simcoe hops that give its grapefruit aroma. A good-to-go beer.

Pyobon (1543) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - SEP 17, 2017
(Bottle) Pours golden with good white head. Subtle citrus and pine aroma. Light body with pleasant carbonation. Light biscuity malt, some citrus at start; nice gentle bitterness in finish. Very drinkable, if unexceptional.

Foffern (2109) - Bodø, NORWAY - AUG 17, 2017
Bottle at home. Has a clear dark straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, grass, oranges, flowers, hay and some caramel. Fruity flavour of grapefruit, mango, grains and some coked vegetables in the aftertaste. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. An okay APA but some off-flavours.

jamestulloch (4471) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 15, 2017
Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and blood orange. Flavour of tangerine and cherry tomatoes. Thin body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Simple and juicy.

anstei (2832) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - JUL 13, 2017
Bottle at Gastropub, ARN airport. Pours almost clear amberish golden with a decent head. Aroma is lightly citric and tropically fruity, very little soap. Body is medium, still citric and quite refreshing, with a lively carbonation and a present fruitiness throughout. Low bitterness, but not lacking. Decent body. Sweetish fruity palate. Good.

330ml bottle at True Bearing Alehouse, Xiamen. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma of mango, tropical fruit and citrus. Bitter finish. A little thin.
