Sometimes you get an idea you just can’t shake. You need to see it through. Black Apple is such an idea. A black licorice and apple sour beer. Alluring like an 80’s black light poster. Something different!

Leather and apple in the scent. The taste is of apple. Okay bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth to a weak moment. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

LCI. Uit de fles geschonken. Eerst de smaak van zure matten, daarna veel subtieler en echt lekker: zure appels en in de verte wat drop. Bijzonder en verrassend lekker

Ok for the ABV I guess but rather 1D.

Keg at Anspach & Hobday. Clear deep brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Floral apple. Sour apple sweets. Touch of lemony sourness but some contrasting saccharin sweetness. Light dry finish. Simple stuff, but quite good fun.
