The aroma is full of dried fruits, coconut, vanilla, molasses and sugar. The color is murky and rubycolored. The taste is full of dried fruits, coconut, vanilla, cherries, molasses, sugar, raspberries and apple brandy. A nice beer!

Bottle from Beergium, bought in 2016. Amber with a small head. Sweet with caramel, dried fruit, rhum, vanilla and some cake. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol.

Bottle at home (bb 2025-12-29). Pours reddish brown with no head. Aroma of malts, vanilla, candy sugar, wood, rum, alcohol. Taste is over moderate sweet and bitter, quite harsh bitter even, sweet malts, wood and alcohol in the aftertaste, warming alcohol. Not bad.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2016) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty nose with caramel, dried fruit, raisins and dark rum. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, raisins, dried fruit, rum, oak wood and a vinous finish with a balanced spicy bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Tasty and quite vinous. Fairly well balanced for its strength. Nice one.
