COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours golden orange and clear, foam is one finger-thick and it vanishes quickly, Aroma is mostly pitchy and caramel. It also has little citrusy and pine needle notes. Taste is again very pitchy, it also has a lot of sprigs. A little caramel and citrus notes is also in the taste. Palate is medium and little carbonated. Hoppiness is also medium. All in all, quite nice and coniferous IPA, I like these dryer IPAs more than sweeter ones. Actually the caramel notes which don’t bring sweetness to the beer.

Bottle 50cl (from Jun-10). An unclear amber colour with an average high beige head. An aroma of malt, hops, caramel and citrus. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and bitter hoppy finish.

Malty and spritzy. Fruity and hoppy. Deep in aroma, lightly sweet but fullbodied and rich. I’ll buy this one again.

Dark redbrown with thin beige head. Citrus aroma with notes of hops, grass and fudge. Hoppy flavour with notes of dark chocolate. Sweet. Nice bitterness that could be taken up a notch or two

Amber coloured, thick offwhite head. fresh aroma from citrousy hops, with a little nutty hint in the background. Flavour is bitter, flowery, malty and sweet, with some caramelly notes. Grassy and fruity finish.

Okay - malt dominant - a good looking beer but no personality - if it was a girl, would I ask her back for coffee? Nah.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2012 Tydlig humlesmak. Önskar lite mer "frukt" för egen del. Skaplig beska och relativt lång eftersmak. Skaplig utan at ha det där lilla extra.

Pours copperred with purpleish hints with a small head. Citrusy hops and toffee. Malty sweetness and a high but smooth bitterness.

Tap @ CBF. Pours murky, rusty copper, almost no head. Aroma has plums, peach, sweet malt, fruits, toasted sugar and apple pie. Taste is heavy on the sweetness with fruity candy and cane-sugar. Could use some more carbonation. Not much bitterness to balance the heavy sweetness.
