Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, off-white head. Slightly greasy roast aroma. Medium body, heavy roast and some dark, dried fruit with a malty bitter finish. A Porter I’d say. 301014 gnoff (10707) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2014
50 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Sundbyberg. BB 2015-08-20, marked T276-1. Sampled on August 14, 2014.
Just about black color, Smallish to medium sized brown to dark brown head. Roasted, cocoa, milk chocolate, light acidity from black malt or simliar scent. Smooth, ash, light hoppy, fruity, roasted, grainy, bitter taste. Grainy, floral, then very roasted and mineral aftertaste. Rather smooth to the low side CO2 mouthfeel, medium bitterness that is not taking over but still feels rather dry and grainy. Dry, grainy, bitter, coffee, roasted finish. Nice, balanced, highly drinkable, sorry I didn’t try this sooner when I could’ve got more of it. Well done!
