Nu lyser vr vn Rudolf ikapp med norrskenet och vrmen sprider sig medan aleglasen gnistra och glimma

I r har Rudolf ftt jsa till sig med en Belgisk jststam, blivit lite kraftigare och ftt ett rkigt inslag.

Clear dark red color, light brown head. Salmiak, smoke, clove, rubber and coffee taste. Roasted aftertaste. Roasted, spicy and a bit acidic scent. Smooth almost thick mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

An old keg that has been left for about one year, tested to see what it was like and it was nice!
Clear deep dark copper to red color, fluffy tan head. Smoke, fruity and malty scent. Smoke, malty, a bit acidic taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
A year didntdo any worse for sure!

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse and Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Dark brown, average head. Rich aroma of dried fruit, yeast and orange. Sweet and full bodied, boldy malty with clean mouthfeel. Notes of molasses and cinnamon. Fairly low bitterness.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2007 On tap at Bishops Arms, Gbg. Dark, redish brown with a nice brown head. Fruity and spicey tones. Roasted with taste of malt, coffe and some sourness. Medium to full body with a long bitter / sweet aftertaste.
