Hazy amber color. Mild but interesting aroma: sweetish cereals, light crispy malt, very light yellow fruits and dust. The mouthfeel is smoother than a classic German Helles, maybe stronger; there is some dryish malt flavor and the bitterness is above average, grassy. Interesting initiation beer.

Well, maybe it was the porter I had before drinking this beer, or maybe it is a pretty average lager. Nothing spectacular really.

pilsnerrogge (2947) - Finspång, SWEDEN - APR 8, 2010
Pours hazy pale brown with a diminishing head. Butter and marshmallow aroma. Quite thin body. Flavour is somewhat sourish and has notes of bitter almonds, leafy hops and butter. I find this rather unbalanced; flavours goes in all kinds of directions and never seem to meet each other.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100314]

Med en brödig ton som slår an grundackordet i den här kulinariska kompositionen växer Dugges för varje klunk. En begaglig upplevelse där klangerna av humle ekar ut i evigheten.
