COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It might sound like an echo, but it’s not. This collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal explores the true depth of Mango flavor. Three layers of taste and aroma from fruit and hops. Go Mango! If you’re going to put fruit in a beer, there’s no better fruit to use then mango. At least that’s what Magnus here at Dugges Bryggeri says. So, when there was time for another Dugges x Stillwater Artisanal collaboration, Magnus posed the idea of a mango beer to Brian of Stillwater. Turns out, Brian had the same idea about mango and beer as Magnus. So, we set out to do a mango solo! To make it a sour was a no-brainer. We’ve got nothing but love for our sour collaborations so far, and we wanted to continue exploring that. Said and done, with mango flavor from two types of mango fruit and from mosaic hops we did it. Mango, mango, mango!

330ml bottle. Pours yellow gold. Mango, lemon juice, lots more mango. Mango x3 seems accurate, good tartness too. Nice spritzy body. Yum.

Przyjemnie orzeźwiające i kwaskowe. Tropikalne, niesamowicie pijalne. W skrócie - mango mango mango.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2018 Light yellow haze with not head coming from a tap. Aroma has mango. More mango. And did I say mango? Yeah well one trick pony, but I think there's the sourness and light hoppy notes from mosaic as well. Taste is the same with more sourness in the ending, mango dominates as one could imagine. But I like mango so this is good. Light body and high carbonation.

bottle. cloudy yellow, small white head. holy cr*p, this one has a strong mango aroma, totally dominated by sweet mango, quite faint notes of some kind of flowery hops. very fruity. not bad, but.. very fruity. flavor is quite sour with a solid, really solid mango fruity base. tartness is also high, but other than that it is very easy drinking, not at all phenolic or anything. just tons of tart and sour, blended with swet mango. works really well, not cloying at all. The base beer is very clean sour so the mangos are treated well.

At a tasting, many thanks, small bubbly head, quite clear deepish yellow color, aroma of mango with feral and flowery hints, mango feral flavor, becomes a fruit salad, light to medium sourness. Nice and tasty.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2018 Draught. Pours a lightly hazy straw yellow with a fading off white bubbly head. Aroma is of exotic fruits, loads of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, orange. Taste is of more exotic fruits, mango and passionfruit dominate with hints of stone fruit - apricot and peach, although quickly fading. Watery to oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks Yoav. Hazy yellow with white head. Lots of mango in the aroma, quite fresh, juicy, lactic, the mango is very dominant, can barely smell anything else. Sour flavor with lots of mango, lactic, juicy, funk, yogurt. Medium-bodied.
