(Bottle 50 cl) courtesy of joergen. Clear orangey brown with a dense off-white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit and burned caramel. Quite full-bodied with lots of fruit, yeast and caramel and a light underlying acidity. Alcoholic finish. 190608 fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 4, 2008
Dark mahogany color; medium head, reducing quickly. The light aroma shows some Belgian yeast and a sweet candy-like touch. Good mouthfeel, good caramel flavor with some residual sweetness, complemented by the Dugges yeast, a light fruity touch and a very light roasted malt trace. Dynamic, quite complex, fully enjoyable.
