COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a collaboration with our friends at Wiper and True. They wanted to do a Swedish version of their piney amber ale. Together we decided to ramp it up. In every way. Take a walk in the pines!

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light malts, sweetish. Strong smooth cooling pine dominates the hop profile but there is floralness and lime sherbet providing dimension. Smooth finish. Mild bitter linger. Very drinkable.

Keg at the Hoplocker, 17/03/17. Golden amber with a big old light beige covering. Nose is a little subdued for a DIPA, cantaloupe melon, orange pith, light pine, bread dough. Taste ramps up a little comprising orange pith, floral notes, sweet Um Bongo Jus, light herbal spice tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light dank hop bitterness. Adequate for style but not up with the best in show.

Bottled 330ml (Beergium)
Hazy orange color, medium-sized white head and lace. Aroma is bready with pine needles and herbal notes. Medium to full-bodied. Sweet, a bit bready, grass, pine is quite herbal here. Light bitterness in the finish. Quite sweet malty and sticky DIPA. Too sweet for my liking. Doesn’t even feel so fresh.
