On tap at Pivovarsky klub, Prague. Hazy, cloudy to opaque from dirty yellow to dark golden, small frothy white head. Salted dry meat, smoked malts, hints of banana. Meaty taste, very full, goes from salty to light dry finish. Smoked cheese, smoky finish, lingering aftertaste. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. An excellent example of one of my favorite styles! KyotoLefty (10263) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 26, 2015
Tap at Klub. Cloudy dark golden orange color, high fine head. Smoky wheat nose, nice, banana, clove. Lightly smoke, lightly tart, refreshing. More like a rauchweizen, but very nice.

Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, smoked grains. Flavour is similar, slightly tart, with a dry smokey finish. Really enjoyable. EricE (1367) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 16, 2011
Draft at the brew pub. Very pale hazy yellow pour. Thin white head. Very smoky hay aroma. Similar flavor with notes of dried fruit. A little but tart. Dry with a bitter hop finish. Very enjoyable. Oakes (17668) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 1, 2011
Special in November 2010. Hazy straw. The aroma is smoky, with hints of yoghurty tartness. Smokey, salty, sour and full-bodied. Creamy and maybe a little bit spicy. What a cool beer - my first grodiziskie beer, too. I’m not sure how many have even been made anywhere on earth in the last 20 years. Draft @ brewpub, Nov 2010. Pale and hazy gold with a thick head. Smells tangy yeast and well-smoked. Sweet and grainy aroma. Soft palate, slightly sticky. Lingering smokey wood finish. Different, herbal hop and leafy finish. Nutty, healthy, fresh, yeasty, and tasty. Great fun.
