On tapa t the brewpub. Bubble gum, banana, lemon. Fairly average German weizen, not my favourite.

Marko (5682) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 5, 2009
Draught at the brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow body with a medium sized small thick head that went away relatively slowly. Dry clovey nose, some chewed up bubblegum. Relatively empty bready taste, chewed up bubblegum and sweetish cloves again, maaybe banana. Nice in a way but a bit ho-hum compared to some other Czech wheat beers.

Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2009
Hazy yellow with a lasting white head, leaving lace. Strong clove and some banana in the aroma, cookie-like spices, and a little malt. Sweet and spicy, I actually wondered if they had added actual cloves.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 6, 2009
Light yellow colored with hazy appearance. Little white head. Rich aroma with lots of spiciness, banana also present. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is similar and good with same spiciness and good floral hops, banana also present. Misses some body and carbonation, otherwise excellent weizen.

Diar (121) - SWEDEN - MAY 31, 2009
(sampleglass at pivovarsky dum, Praha) A very foggy wellow beer without foam (for a weiss?) The arome is low and the taste is just a bit sweet watery and has some banana. It has no bitterness and the palate is light. Basically no aftertaste.

ogivlado (7810) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 25, 2009
Draught at the brewpub.
Slice of lemon ot the glass edge. Murky yellow coloured, small white haed, wheaty light citric nose. Fruity wheaty and citric taste, quite refreshing but also a bit too watery palate.

3.2
larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 8, 2009
Small offwhite head. Hazy brass body with light carbonation. Deep spicy banana wheat aroma with cloves and yoghurt notes. Sweetish-dry fruity wheaty yoghurty taste with mealy banana notes. Fullish body. Dry wheaty spicy cloves aftertaste lingers. Quite nice, if perhaps a bit subdued. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)
