UPDATED: FEB 26, 2009 Bottle. Tea-like aroma and flavour. Sweetish. Mouthfeel seems a little thick, like orange juice or something. Fine-bubbled head which disappears rather quickly. 6 3 7 3 15

Bottle, 5.0%. 5 months past BB date. Sweet, citric, soapy, caramelly, teaish aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour has loads of coriander. A little sweetness. Not much else. 5 3 5 3 13
(Bottled, 4.0% ABV, brewed by Pivo Praha s.r.o., K Fialce 469, Praha 5, tel. 2 24915813) Hazy, pale golden color with medium, frothy head. Spicy witbier aroma. Citrus and banana soap washing the trunk of a pine tree. A tantalizing perfumy, flowery aroma which succeeds in not getting too far away from its intent. Great lasting foam too from this bottle.
Portly bubbles transport the citrus fruit, bananas and coniferous flavors follow the shampoo suggestions of the aroma. Sweeter than drier, this special champagne beer becomes rather easy drinking once you get accustomed to the soapy, perfumy originality, and when you embrace its subtle wooden hop bitterness in the end. But it might put you off due to its unbeery qualities.
Exotic desserts can be as fun as they are sickening.
Pale hazy golden color with a medium head. Soapy aroma of honey and apple. Lively carbonation, flavour of grapes, tonic, lemon. Little soapy taste too. Interesting, but robust like other beers at the brewery.

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Large creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of dusty grain, mild grass, caramel. Over the palate came sweet spice, toffee, pepper, yeast. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness. Lingering spicy sweet finish. (Dutch ratebeermeeting) Bottle. Aroma of lemon. Much lemon. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a huge white head. Taste is wheaty, citrus and champagne. Quite smooth. Decent brew. jerohen (2296) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - OCT 24, 2004
Dutch Ratebeer Meeting. Cloudy yellow coloured, big head. Artificial cirtus aroma, bit weird. Very distinct flavour, i’ve never really had anything like it. Bit there’s this weird artificial flavour that spoils the fun a bit. Original, but not great. JorisPPattyn (10001) - Ursel, BELGIUM - MAR 11, 2006
Huge snow-white head, effervescent over slightly hazy light-golden beer. SUPERB lunaria nose, incredibly perfumey and delicate. Sweet apple juice-like taste, with a near indigestible amount of restsugars. Near cloying MF, awful. WHY is it, that a beer that smells só good and inviting, can prove so commercially infantile in taste?
