Cask @ Pivovarsky Dum, Prague. Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Sweet nose. Mega toffee and caramel. Some sweet fruit and alcohol. Orange. Prickling alcohol and a soft and low carbonation. Cloying. I was told is was 16 with 8% alcohol.

their spelling of scottish, not mine. spelt with one ’t’ on both the menu and the tap, so who am i to argue? anyways, quite exciting to see it served on cask. deep shade of amber, thick and with a steady shaving cream head; aroma of prickly hops, wild berries and a hint of whiteboard markrs; decent tangy bitterness, hints of butterscotch and salted caramel macaroon; a worthy effort
