Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

Bottle from sampler set from Kroger. Poured copper hue with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Average citrus hoppy and small malt aroma. Lubiere (14110) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 1, 2007
A dark amber IPA with a thick white head, lacing. Goddam, this does smell of hops, and good ones at that! Nice cramel and light c-hops aroma makes this a nice little cheap IPA. In mouth, a lightly sweet caramel malt with buttery notes, good sustained bitterness...by Jove, this is a decent IPA, on par with Boreale Rousse. At 90 cents a bottle, this would be a good everyday beer.
