Pours a crystal clear golden color with white head and just a suggestion of honey flavor MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - SEP 24, 2015
Poured from 12 oz. bottle.
Clear, sparkling amber with a thin off-white head and fair lacing.
Aroma of honey, caramel, bread and dough.
Taste of honey, cream soda and bread dough. This is clearly a lager, despite all that honey and mall, albeit not a particularly good one.
Medium/light body and medium carbonation.

Honey lager is certainly not the same as honey ale and has since also evident during fermented mark only in flavor. Malty, partially hoppy and flower. The taste is very rich and sweet. It has malty character as a lager, but it also has clear shades of honey. Hop bitterness is low and gives an aftertaste of honey that is long-lasting. CopterScott (254) - Kansas, USA - AUG 15, 2015
Amber color with thin off-white head. aroma is light malt and old bread. Flavor is similar with a hint of honey on the end. rollinsr (799) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - JUL 21, 2015
Pours dark gold with ample frothy head. Aroma is musty yeast with glass off-notes. Flavor is very plain cheap pilsener. The honey is obviously there just to soften the blow of this fairly crappy lager.

Bottle from Epsom Circle Market, Epsom NH. Aroma is bready malts and yeasty dough. Appearance is clear golden brown with finger-width head with poor retention, minimal lacing and nice sparkle. Taste is lightly sweet. Palate is medium bodied with lively carbonation that’ll cut through a dry throat on a hot summer day. Overall, pretty much what you’d expect for the style but not a real strong aroma or taste. In the right situation, this hits the spot. digopossobon (392) - MACAE, BRAZIL - JUN 10, 2015

From a bottle at Carmine's. Pours a light Amber color. Makes a thin head. Almost no aroma. Tastes pretty bland, but has a bit of sweetness. Not special at all.

This is one of those beers that I used to order in clubs or bars when they didnt have anything better. It’s a better than average beer, but doesn’t have much flavor besides sweet malts and honey. Not much hops in the taste....the opposite of a BOM. Medium brown appearance, kind of clear. Good for daytime or for mowing lawns when you don’t really want "lawnmower beer". bb (9657) - Alamo, California, USA - APR 22, 2015
Draft. Amber-brown beer with an off-white head. Light caramel aroma. Sweet malt and light caramel flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt and light caramel linger with very light mineral notes.
