Ratman197 (14674) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 10, 2006
Bottle poured a clear golden yellow with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of bread, a bit of fruitiness and a hint of honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, some honey notes and a hint of lemon with a crisp clean finish. Reminds me more of a decent pale lager than a bock.

Tmoney99 (14365) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 27, 2008
Bottle from sampler set from Kroger. Poured clear copper color with a large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Average balanced hop and malt aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of average duration. Drinkable beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with a small creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a corn malt and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a bitter malt with bread and lingering finish. A decent heller from GBC.

Drake (13639) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 8, 2009
12 ounce bottle from a sampler from a Wegman’s somewhere in Northern Virginia. Pours a clear orange-amber with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel, nutty notes and honey. Taste is grainy, bitter grassy hops and a light fruity finish. Something a bit vegetal and unpleasant is in there also. Medium bodied. Very poor example of the style.

Caramel and hop flavored soda. It isn’t extremely horrible, but you can’t pass this as craft.
