A Very basic very boring Pilsner. Notes of lemon with a doughy aftertaste. Somewhat astringent. Not bad but it's certainly nothing special.
Second tasting still not that keen on it but I thought it tasted much better after it sat and warmed up a bit

12oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Footed Pilsner at 44°. Color is a bright gold with a very slight haze and mellow carbonation that gives it a thin white head. Aroma is light grains leaning to corn and a touch of hop spice in the background. It has a lighter body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is creamed corn back by a very light bitterness and just a hint of hop spice. Aftertaste is clean, almost dry. Overall if you have to drink a Pilsner this one is pretty good. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was crisp perfumey and grassy hops with a tangy undertone and a hint of black pepper. The flavor was bready and tangy with citric, grassy and perfumey hops. Medium length finish. medium body. Spot on for style. Ungstrup (39080) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2015
Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish. superspak (6352) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - JUL 6, 2015
12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 12/8/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Moderate earthy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good balance and robustness of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Nicely clean on lager flavors with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good German pilsner style. All around good balance and robustness of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

355ml twist off bottle. Clear gold pour, fizzy white head. Fairly bland aroma, floral hops and pears. Flavor is strangely fruity, like froot loops fruity, sweet lemon lime and citrus, its unoffensive but is not reminiscent of a pilsener. csaso (2363) - Missouri, USA - JAN 16, 2015
Bottle - good size foamy head, pale straw color, sweet malty and corn aroma and flavor, mild noble hop balance, fair overall, maybe half a step up from a typical pale lager

bottle. Poured clear yellow with a small white head. Light aroma of wheat. Light body, average carbonation, crisp clean finish. Flavour of pale wheat malt, grainy. Refreshing session pilsner. Frank (4265) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 4, 2014
Always glad to see when an obvious contract brew is done by Genessee as I feel like they tend to do a decent job of it. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. This bills itself as a pilsener but is really more along the lines of an American blond as far as taste goes. It is a golden beer w/ a white head and nice sheets of lace. The nose is pretty bland, just a bit of toasty malt and some vague fruity citrus flavors seemingly from hops. This is simply sweet rather than malty and as such feels a bit heavy on the palate despite somewhat vigorous carbonation. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from this beer, just something clean and drinkable, and I didn’t even get that.
