COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Legend has it in 1840, a monk smuggled lager yeast into Bohemia, setting the stage for the first pilsner; even now the tradation continues. We brew this pilsner with the noblest of saaz and to this we add premium German pilsner malt. This rich crisp taste has a finish so smooth that it deserves an encore, PROST!!

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured a clear pale color with a moderate frothy white head that lasted and had good lacing. Medium floral hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. This beer just met my expectations.

355ml twist off bottle. Clear gold pour, fizzy white head. Fairly bland aroma, floral hops and pears. Flavor is strangely fruity, like froot loops fruity, sweet lemon lime and citrus, its unoffensive but is not reminiscent of a pilsener.

Bottle. Clear light yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Grain and pale malts, crisp but very light, and a touch of hop bite late. Meh.

Bottle shared by b3shine. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor haveppilsner malts, crackers, mild noble hops with some lemony citrus, ok, but I wouldn’t revisit this again.

Tap at Genesee Brewhouse. Pale golden color. Light noble hop nose, lemon. Sweet, fruity, lemon flavor. Decent enough.

12oz bottle. clear yellow color, one-finger white fading head. First thing you notice is the carbonation, which over powers the aroma and taste giving this a sort of watered-down flavor. More lager-yesty aroma, faint hops taste.

Bottle to half-pint. Looks solid; a transparent gold with foamy white head. Smells of pilsner malt, mild hops, and lager yeast. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Not much of a pilsner snap, but not bad, and definitely exceeded my expectations.

9/15/13. 12oz bottle from Winn Dixie. Golden pour with a small off-white head. Plain aroma, light bread and a dash of citrus zest. Plain flavor, not offensive, lightly sweet breadiness with a hint of citrus zest and grass.

FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 28, 2015
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was crisp perfumey and grassy hops with a tangy undertone and a hint of black pepper. The flavor was bready and tangy with citric, grassy and perfumey hops. Medium length finish. medium body. Spot on for style.
