Some earthy hop. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Bit dry. Lighter to medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Decent, standard brewpub brown ale. On draft at Dunedin. Pours a hazy caramel color with a white head. Nose is tobacco, nuts, and light cocoa. Flavor is similar with tobacco and cocoa. Light to medium in body with a dry finish.

Clear dark copper color, off-white head. Roasted, dry, coffee taste. Lingering roasted aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. Roasted, malty, slight bit fruity scent.

Light brown color. Aroma has light roasted malts, some grain, caramel and nuts. Flavor has all the same, pretty balanced and nice and drinkable brown.
