Large sample pour of moderate to deep brown with a thin head. Nose smells like a bakery, sweet and brown sugar, coffee and chocolate. Baked sweet things... Flavor follows but is lighter than I expected. Quite drinkable for sure. Sweet and nutty with a nice coffee presence. 14052015 smith4498 (3647) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - JUL 18, 2015
Draft @ the brewery. Pours clear dark brown color with tan head. Toasted malt and coffee aromas with some light chocolate. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation. hopdog (12584) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 7, 2015
On tap at the Dunedin Brew Pub. Poured a brown color with a small sized off white head. Coffee, roast, and chocolate. Coffee there, but not in your face ... for a beer listed as a coffee beer, I want more coffee. djd07 (14655) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2015
On cask at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong coffee bean and bready malts. Medium mouth very rich coffee, roast, light bitterness, very good. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2015
3oz on tap at the brewpub. Labeled 5.5% ABV. Mostly clear red brown color. Bigger off-white head, leaving good thicker lace. Very awesome coffee and cocoa aroma. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Good full body, nice mild slickness (the pale and the red ale were too dry and soft). Great coffee brown ale. Love it, first pour here that I actually finished (my 7th so far).

Basically like drinking iced coffee, some decent malt notes in there. Great coffee beer.

Pours a moderately dark brown color with a light caramel colored head. Fresh ground coffee nose. Coffee and some notes of chocolate. Smooth, but a little thin. OmegaX (1374) - Florida, USA - JUL 20, 2014
On tap at the source. Aroma is big coffee, espresso, roasted malt, toast, cocoa, caramel. Nice! Pour is dark brown, light tan head. Flavor is more chocolate heavy, iced coffee flavors, light lactose, roasted malts. Smooth and creamy. Not bad at all! Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 13, 2014
This poured a murky brown with a beige head. Aroma was of coffee really and nothing else. Flavor was also just straight fresh coffee really no underlying beer at all. A coffee lovers dteam TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 28, 2014
Pours a nice brown color with off-white head. Coffee, caramel malt, and roasted malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with more coffee flavors.
