Huge white head and alot of grainy aroma. A little bitter and alot of alchol and sweet maltyness.
A blonde pils with a thin white head. Light grainy malt aroma with light Gerrman hops. In mouth, a nice crips malt with smooth German hopping, quite nice, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan 4 2011. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - DEC 23, 2010
Pours cloudy lemon yellow with minimal head and lacing. No aroma whatsoever. Light bodied with a creamy palate tinged with lemon-lime. Simple, typical of a pilsner.good for the style. sebletitje (10067) - Enghien, BELGIUM - OCT 31, 2010
Shared growler. Pours a golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy, rice, malty character. Taste is ok. Yeast, rice, hops, and grapefruit. Palate is medium moutfeel, a bit sour. Overall a decent pilsner hopscotch (11049) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 10, 2008
Draft... Clear straw-colored lager with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Orange blossom honey and cereal grains compose the aroma. Full-bodied and velvety with sleepy carbonation. Lots of sweet honey, toffee and pale malts. Spicy hop bitterness provides no real bite... and it should. Good balance. Lengthy bittersweet finish that gradually dries out. I was hoping for Samuel Adams Imperial Pilsner and I got Dogfish Head’s Golden Era instead. Worth noting: DFH’s original Prescription Pils was the bomb!

Tap. Pours a clear golden with a one finger lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of pilsner malt and floral hops. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness and well hidden alcohol. Very good. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 20, 2008
on tap-pours a big retaining white head that laces and pale yellow color. Aroma is wheat/grain, secondary/faint citrus lemon. Taste is crisp, wheat/grain, secondary citrus lemon/grassy/spicy hops. OK carbonation. Not an over the top Imperial Pilsner, nice. elmatador00 (519) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - JAN 14, 2008
Draft at Brewery. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. Hints of hops, malts, spice, and some fruit. Finished with a spicy malt flavor. BigMilly8 (389) - Wesley Chapel, Florida, USA - NOV 4, 2007
From tap : Pours a clear light color with a medium head. Very little carbonation. Quite hoppy, smell and taste, goes down smooth. I like it.
