Very nice, smooth balanced sweet malty Bock. Slightly citric, a little hint of bill dryness. Very clean and fresh. Not amazing but not a failure either. Dogbrick (12936) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Sample at Cigar City. Clear dark orange pour with a thin white head that diminishes steadily. Short stringy lacing. Aroma of malt and bananas. Medium body with flavors of toasted malt, banana and citrus. The finish is fruity with a bready malt aftertaste. Decent all around. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Poured up on tap at the Dunedin Brewery with copper body and off white head. The aroma offers up biscuit, sweet malts, prune like sweet hard candy, musty raisins and just a touch of black pepper. The taste has prunes and raisin notes running quickly into biscuit to roasted maltiness. Around the edges of those flavor is a touch of pepperiness. Nice brew that is not too sweet as several from this style tend to be. I could easily drink this all day as it is darn sessionable too with its balanced flavor. Nice interpretation of the style. hopscotch (11049) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUN 24, 2012
Draft... Hazy golden lager with a small, creamy, white head. The pleasant aroma is a merger of nuts and honey – reminiscent of baklava without the cinnamon. Medium to full-bodied and very creamy with pillow-soft carbonation. The flavor is bittersweet, offering toffee and honey with a trace of butter. The hop and malt bills don’t really mesh; creating an awkward assortment of essences here – square peg; round hole. Lengthy, bittersweet finish. burg326 (5479) - Florida, USA - JUN 4, 2012
On tap at brewery, poured a butterscotch color with aromas of light citrus, sweet malt, and toast. Flavors are the same as aromas, with some yeast on the back end. Decent beer overall.

on tap-pours gold with an offwhite head. Aroma is herbal/spice, some light/medium malt. Taste is herbal hop bitter, 2nd light/medium malt. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 9, 2012
On cask at Dunedin Brewery. Had this beer on cask, CO2, and Nitro. The cask was by far the best version. Pours a hazy orange caramel color with a a creamy white head. Nose is sweet malt, some toast, and some citrus, and hints of lemon. Flavor is similar- silky as hell in the mouthfeel- toast, sweet malt, some lemon notes, citrus, and hints of yeast. Medium in body for a bock and smooth.
