Pint pour of a really nice golden color with a full finger head that recedes and gives light lacing. Nose is plenty of citrus and bitter resin notes. Bright. Flavor is citrus forward, light tropical notes of maybe peach and light mango. Mild to medium bitterness without overpowering. Very clean and crisp, lighter finish. Really drinkable and enjoyable. 14052015 DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2015
4oz on tap at the brewpub. Labeled 6% ABV; simply "PALE ALE" on the board. Pleasant hoppiness to this, good american citrusy hop. Good subdued malt bill, none of the caramel you see in so many pale ales. just a mild clean breadiness... Some mild wort-type graininess, too though. Clear golden orange color. Little white head, leaves good thicker lace. Medium-plus body. Soft light to moderate strength carbonation. Very dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Sort of an average pale ale overall, in the end. The bigger hop is the best feature here. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 13, 2014
This one poured an orange color with an off white head. Aroma was of caramel and earthy and citrusy hops. Flavor was lightly fruity and dirty hops and some caramel

Pours a clear copper color with off-white head. Citrus and pine are the most prevalent on the nose; following onto the palate. Finishes with more citrusy pine. Derek881 (1272) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 26, 2014
Enjoyed a pint of this beer on tap at the brewpub. The beer had a dark gold color with an average-sized foamy white head with average retention and lacing, but good cling. It had a pleasant blend of floral and fruity scents in the aroma with lighter notes of citrus and pine. The taste was mostly bitter with citrus hops, and a lighter floral and fruity sweetness blended in. The beer had good life, fizz, and carbonation, and was a bit dry and on the heavy, thicker side.

Tap at Dunedin. Low haze gold pour. Decent lacing. Big citrus hop nose. Taste is soapy, chemical, some zesty orange peel. More bitter grapefruit comes to the rescue. Not too bad. Travlr (25749) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Draft at the source. Hazy golden. Olor, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of grass. Taste is grass, hay, subtle licorice. Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - APR 23, 2012
Originally reviewed: 6/8/09. Pours a clear dark orange with a good-sized off-white head on top. Retention is decent, and it leaves nice sip rings on the glass edge. Smells sour at first whiff, but then it smells of veggies and breads.
Mouthfeel is decent with a medium amount of carbonation. Flavor is muted and tame with a bready, mealy presence and finishes slightly sweet with a caramel note. Bitterness is low in this beer. This is decent and serves as a good thirst-quencher, but I would grab other APAs before this one. Jow (4028) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 17, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Tastes floral, light citrus, dough, and light banana. Slightly bitter and crisp. A nice easy drinkable pale ale.
