Red amber with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, tangerine and apricot. Dry and malty flavour with a bright, fruity hop character. BeerandBlues2 (14018) - Escondido, California, USA - APR 17, 2009
Bottle. Pours clear and sparkling amber with a large, off-white, creamy head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (caramel, toasted grain, straw), light hops (grass, herbs), average yeast (earth) with notes of apple. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - MAR 17, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 24, 2009 Bottle from Zinister at February Houston Tasting. Thanks, hippie! Pours a thin amber with a malty aroma similar to the Coors brewery wort room. Flavor is watery roasted malt. Average mouthfeel. Zinister (1423) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2009
Reddish amber. nose of grains and some floral hops. Flavor is floral hops and a decent malt bill. Bready and bitter. MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2009
Bottle. Quite fruity aroma, red berries. Hazy red colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is also quite fruity. Has a lot of berries, quite dry, though. Turns a little citric in the finish. Quite high carbonation.

im not usually a huge fan of red ales as they are kinda blah, but this was was pretty upfront with its flavors. bright, tangy some citrus in the background and a mild hoppy finish. Oakes (19363) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 21, 2009
Hazy dull red-amber. Extract aroma with grainy toasty note. Some tobaccoey notes, raw grain. Thin. This really doesn’t come together. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 20, 2009
Red color with slight haze and some lace. Bready malt aromas. Enters sweet and juicy with apply flavors. Quaffable mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Sessionable but sweet. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - FEB 1, 2009
Pours a deep amber color with a nice initial fizzy head that settles to a thin layer. The aroma is caramel malty, some floral hops and a bit of cereal. This beer tastes a little sweet but also a touch roasty, quite a bit of the caramel malts I got in the aroma, creamy, and fruity hops rounding it out. Slightly dry finish. This is quite good and very well-rounded. Thumbs up to Dunedin for putting out a solid product in a style that is typically quite boring. daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 23, 2009
Bottle from Orlando Total Wine...again I didnt like this beer. This brewery disappoints quite often IMO. Reddish pour. Malty aroma with some hops. Flavor is better thatn their pale, but their beers just seem to lack some punch. Grainy and bready flavor, weak note of hops...boring.
