In short: A smooth doughy fruity blonde Saison. Very good.
How: Tap at Station Ho.st (Hopfenstark Montreal taproom).
The look: Partially cloudy blonde body topped by a medium white head leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose is very rustic, very nice exotic fruity esters, cobweb, some freshly squeezed apples. In mouth the beer has a doughy-juicy texture and a soft carbonation. Taste is rather soft, cookies soaked in exotic fruits juice, mild honey flavor although strangely almost no sweetness sensation, light notes of soft creamy white cheese. Not much bitterness to speak of. Very round and smooth. This is a soft beer that still manages to personality of its own despite its low intensity. And if you google How can I drink beer and google autocompletes with its most common search phrase while I sleep it is because of me.

Elle me semblait plutt aqueuse. Pour moi, il ny a aucune des trois brasseries qui se distingue. Est-ce une marque de russite ou de compromis? (766-080813)

On tap @ Le Bateau de Nuit (Qubec). Clear yellow with a medium mostly lasting white head and heavy lacing. Aroma of peaches, mild sourness with herbal and floral notes. Taste is slightly sweet with peaches, lactic presence, mild sourness and floral notes. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Clean mouthfeel, slightly dry. Good fruity and lactic Saison. Refreshing and drinkable. The Saison character is a bit hidden though.

Drank on tap (12 oz) at Station Ho.st on August 5, 2013. Blonde foggy little head. Sour citrus hoppy aroma, a little mild. The taste is a bit the same, but drier, slightly more fruity herbal, slightly bitter. This is a beer to tame in no time!
