Bottle at the Sovereign. Gusher! Cloudy golden yellow color, massive white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice aroma of dusty overripe peaches, black pepper and rotten fruit scattered around some barnyard somewhere. Taste is softly sour stone fruit with peppery, dusty tannins and rotten grapes. Delicious.

750 ml bottle. Thanks to Timo A! Hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Sourness, farmyard, brett, mild fruity hops, mild bitterness and some cardboardy dryness in the aroma. The flavor is sourness, tartness, dryness, brett and some hoppy bitterness. Nice mixture of everything. Tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

75 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Distinct bretta on the nose, yeast, loads of citrus, some gooseberry bush and pineapple. Flavor is citric and spicy, some herbal notes, yeast and grapefruits. Tart palate, very dry, some wooden notes. Very interesting, in a good way.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottleshare. Hazy amber - gold beer, very thin pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but has decent fine carbonation. Semi dry. A prominent, if light, savoury note. Mild generic fruits and floralness. More savouryness. Light winey tang. Semi dry finish. Decent if a little over bretty.

750 mL bottle. Gushed upon opening. Hazy orange. Smells of herbal hops. Strong grapefruit and orange hops. Light wine barrel. Tastes similar to the smell. More subdued hops. Grapefruit and orange again. Bretty in the back end with a light wine barrel finish. Light body. Well carbonated. Nice flavors, but nothing as outstanding or pronounced as the Saison du Pinacle Reserve that we had just before this.

Bottle at Craft Clerkenwell, thanks to Kenny. It pours cloudy dirty gold with a medium white head. The nose is soft, floral, bitter- sweet, white grape, vanilla, wood, grape must, funk, marzipan and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, biter, toasty, funky, white grape, wood, spice, earth, stewed orange, must and mouldy peach with a dry, musty finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty nice overall, if not very well balanced.

Bottle shared at the Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell pre-Christmas tasting - London. Cheers to everyone’s favourite wild-man, Kenny. The beer pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has a nice funk about it, with secondary notes of peach, citrus, orange, tangerine and poop, too. Light sweet flavor with moderate funk, wood, hay, more tangerine, orange, all of it laced with a twang of brett character. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Drying on the finish, with more wood, poopy brett, tangerine. Good stuff.
