November 6, 2014 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs and mabel - 750ml bottle. Cloudy gold, plenty of floaties, huge off-white head. Aroma has strong white wine and fresh brett, light oak, but underlying it all is a nice light fruity malt base; a bit floral and acidic (8+). Taste follows, a little buttery and bitter - but not "bad" butter, I think it’s just grape must and oak tannin tricking my palate. Average body, astringent, airy, pungent funky/dry bretty finish. Really good.

RBSG16 Grand Tasting. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Big musk and fruit, yeast, soft wheat. Medium bodied, soft and fruity, musk, yeast, a nice bit of yeast. Musk, funk into the finish.

robinvboyer (4736) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 28, 2017
750ml bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is very woody, and funky. Lots of white wine, and vinous acidity. Aromas of stone fruit, yeast, and citrus fruit. Mouth feel and body are effervescent, and quite active. Finish is woody, hints of vanilla, lots of acidity, and some funk at the end. Complex and quite pleasant.

Bosskie (923) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 8, 2017
Been waiting to try this one for quite a while, after trying number 2. Opaque beer, hay colour, weak head, and a mighty gusher. Smell is citrus sweetness, with vanilla, wood, puke, cheese, and cherries. Very nice! It has beautiful balance but the taste is a bit flat - watery. Further mainly bitterness mixed with sourness, very nice. Wood. Dry, crispy minty drying finish. Spruce.
