On tap at Darby’s Gastown in Vancouver. A cloudy amber ale with moderate white head and a fruity nose. Big sour delicious fruit. Low bitterness, but slightly bitter finish and aftertaste. Nice. 4 MelvinKalksma (1630) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 5, 2017

Medium/heavy aroma of malts, caramel, Belgian yeast, wood, orange, hops, citrus and brettanomyces.
Turbid/opaque amber/orange beer with heavy yeast and with a medium/large off-white head.
Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel, Belgian yeast, wood and orange; ends slightly/medium bitter and dry with hops, citrus and brettanomyces.
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. Holy fuck where do I start, this is such a perfect organically tasting beer. I would definitely say this is a Saison, because it feels more dry and funky than sour with an amazing brettanomyces flavour. The red wine is immensely noticeable as well, just as that Imperial IPA. Only the aroma could have been better, or stronger, or less dominated by brett, I do not even know; I do not care, this beer is insane.
Hazy orange color, with quite a huge carbonatation, when I opened the bottle foam wanted to come out. Funky/brett nose, a bit of tropical fruits; grapefruit, peach as well. Nice blend of flavours, fruity, light/medium sweetness, wine, oily texture, brett character, barnyard just perfect amount and a final great bitterness, pine resin, hoppy. Well balanced the 99 IBU isn’t too much, it just blends in perfectly with the brett and red wine barrel. Wow! Sammy (12491) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 2, 2017
Malty and wild aroma. Travis’s bottle. Tobacco, alcohol, barrel, lime, sweetish. Candi. Very lacy. Some orange, hop presence? Johnsense (1711) - - JAN 2, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2017 Golden pour, smaller head. Whiskey in the aroma and taste, incredibly sweet, vanilla, hoppy, funky, significant Brett note. Medium body.

Hazy, quite bretty nose, spicy hop, lemon, brett. Off dry. Great development of brett character.
Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouverbeerplace (1803) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 5, 2016
Cloudy golden color, compact head. Very funky, but the mild residual sweetness helps a lot; resiny feeling, maybe from the hop too; full bodied; having this side to side with the #7, it is much more achieved, complex, and organic.
On tap at St. Augustine’s during 1st 45 taps annual event with Alex and Josh. Pours a clody golden with a white head. Aroma is barrel notes, slightly flowery, fermented fruits and some fermented veggies. Taste is pretty the same with hoppy bitterness. Smooth taste. Very good. kraddel (8611) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - NOV 27, 2016
