Pours hazy yellow gold into a snifter. Fresh lemon-lime peel aromas. Dry, with sharp, tart lemon upfront turning to a medium length grapefruit finish.

On tap. Pours gold with light head. Aromas of old apples and wheat with maybe a bit of green grapes. Flavors of tart melons, green grapes and salty wheat crisps. Dull in nose but sharp in flavor. Nice for the ABV.

Taster at Rouge Broadway durin QC 25 tap takeover event, shared with Brian. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is very fresh, sour, with rosehip berry notes. Similar taste. Quite good, very refreshing.

Pale. Bit dull looking, just a little bit of haze, and no head, so it looks kind of flat as well. This is supposed to be an effervescent style. Not a Berliner Weisse at all - it's clearly a kettle sour. You can sort of smell a bit of dry hop but wouldn't know what kind if they didn't tell you - maybe not enough hops in this to showcase the Hull Melon sufficiently. Tastes of kettle sour - that one-dimensional, underripe tree fruit sort of taste. Again, hops nowhere to be found. Pretty disappointing - below Dunham's standards for sure, and really more the sort of thing your average mediocre corner brewery would do.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2017 Très bonne sûre mais quand même douce. Parfait pour une belle journée d'été

Bottle, shared at Neil & Gloria’s place. Opaque-hazy greenish-yellow. Sweaty nose, fruity undertones. Big quenching tart-fruit palate, guava and lemon, light lactic sourness. Very drinkable.

Lanchester (198) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 2, 2017
Pours a hazy straw hue, topped with a white ring of foam. Aroma is lactic, notes of hay and citus peel in there too. In the mouth, a rush of tartness pervades, finishing abruptly with lingering aromatics...sort of fruity/cantaloupe-like. Low and slightly prickly carbonation. Solid example of the style with a subtle twist, and a good sumner thirst-quencher.

Draft at the source. Hazy pale straw, white head. Aroma of melon and lemon. Taste is melon, lemon, sour apple, funk. Tart finish.

Brettsky06 (538) - Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 19, 2017
Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy white head. This one came shooting out the top when I opened it. Tart aroma. Taste is very sour with lemon and mandarin orange flavours. Don’t taste much melon. Still enjoyable though

75CL. Split two ways golden Orange with a three finger sparse white head smells of peppers clovr and honey. Very dense and that mouth feel bad taste like straight lemon juice with some kind of a honeydew melon finish very sour and part of acetic and light strong like finish
