341ml bottled poured into tulip. Pours a deep black-brown with some sediment and a finger and half thick light-brown head. Leaves some light/moderate lacing on the glass. Aroma is nice roasty and hoppy blend..."music to my nose"! I pickup some cereals too and the hops is quite floral. Taste is medium-bitter despite the advertised 95 IBU. Palate is seriously well-executed. Body is medium, with a creamy slick texture soft to average carbonation which enhances the creamy feeling. Finish is rather long (still not Stone-Ruination IPA-long...!) and of course bitter with the hoppy goodness thats in there. Overall this is most likely the best single black IPA (meaning Im not talking about double black IPAs) Ive ever had! Honnestly Dunham has improved a lot. I was avoiding them like the plague before but now, I have to say: wow. This has become my new reference point in single black IPAs. Very, very well done.

0.33 cl bottle. Black with a thick tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate and a bit of fruit. A bit sweet, a bit bitter taste. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Not bad at all, but not very memorable as well.

Toques a madera y cafe. Buena cerveza para disfrutar y no beberla demasiado fria

34.1 cl Bottle shared. Apperance: Opaque dark brown body, with a full sized light brown head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma: dark malts, roasted malts, smoke. Tastes: A lot of dark bitterness, moderate sweet and bit smokey, Malts, dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, smoky tones and some hop bitterness in the finish. But not much hops. medium body, below average carbonation. More a Hoppy stout as a black IPA. Still a nice beer. (backlog)

Bottle 34.1cl. Poured into a chalice. Opaque dark brown, tall creamy tan head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing; aroma roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, dried leafs; taste in the onset medium sweet and bitter, middle part dominated by roasted malts, bitter chocolate, chalky, spicy notes; dry bitter aftertaste, lingering roastiness, chalk and ashes; medium body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation; not a bad beer but for a bipa I miss the hops and way too roasty for the style.
