Bottle thanks to Youri! Pours crystal clear golden, large creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is Brett forward, loads of oak tannin and basement notes, some vinous notes as well. Flavor is light tart, medium funky, medium bitterness. Bretty, woody, vinous. Medium body.

Elle est orangée et opaque alors qu’une faible présence d’ébullition entretient une mousse baveuse. Ça sent les agrumes, les herbes fraîches, le fût ayant hébergé le vin est aussi bien présent dans les odeurs. Les saveurs sont du côté des fruits tropicaux, des feuilles des thé, presque mentholées. Une bonne amertume et une délicieuse acidité qui sont transportées par de fines bulles et une texture soyeuse. C’est vivant. Les papilles sont sollicitées longtemps après la gorgée.
