Bottle. Hazy orange gold with a thin foam. Aromas are yeast with woody notes and mellow lemon. Caramel with light honey and floral, spicy aspects. Barnyard character with trace mint and ripe, earthy pear. Flavours are sweet honey and lemon with spices and foaming, musty yeast. Dry woody notes with base biscuit malts. Low pine with light grapefruit bitterness. Traditional.

Hazy orange - gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly crisp. Thin malts, not sweet. Tangy floral bitterness into mild citrus, a little orange. Trace of pine. More floral bitterness before the airy semi dry finish. Okay.

Real ale in a bottle so it’s got a yeasty haze. Orange to amber in colour with everlasting head. Lively carbonation. Clean and crisp tasting. All the bitterness comes through in the finish. Balanced and qualitatively good.

Bottle bought from Microbar, Manchester. Cloudy pale orange. Struggled to control its frothy head when poured, although eventually settled once it had mostly been drunk Lovely fruity pale ale aroma and taste that lingers a while in the palate. Mostly tropical and a touch dry. Feels like a wheat beer.
